Terms and Conditions

All goods remain the property of celebration island until full payment has been received.
If payment is made by cheque this will take 7 days to clear. (goods will be handed over once payment has cleared)

We accept the following payment methods, Cheque, Cash, Paypal or Postal order, please note if posting your payment it is your responsibility to use a reliable/insured postal service, we cannot be held responsible for payments that go missing or are delayed by the postal service you use.

Postage costs are added to the final invoice (where applicable).

Prices are subject to change without notice, any price changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed by payment of a deposit.

For Stationery orders a 50% NON- REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of placing your order and the balance will be payable on completion. if you are paying by cheque you will need to allow 7 days for payment to clear goods will only be handed over on receipt of cleared payment.

For balloon orders a £20.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your date and the balance will be payable 4 - 6 weeks before your event.

For favour orders a 20% of the order value NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of ordering and the remaining balance will be payable on completion.

Payment plans can be arranged to help spread the cost if required (this is not credit) and payment will need to be made
on or by the date agreed by both parties (celebration island & you)

Mail Order within the UK
We can supply our stationery and favours throughout the uk.

Due to the nature and process of handmade items there may be slight variations in each item produced.
Where items are purchased at different stages (split orders) we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to previous orders.

Refunds or exchanges of stationery and/or favours are only given if your item if faulty or your order requirements (as stated on your order form) were not met by us. We accept no responsibility and will not refund or exchange stationery where proofs have been approved by you prior to printing.
