1. All chair covers, sashes and centrepieces remain the property of Celebration Island unless otherwise agreed.
2. A £50.00 Non- refundable deposit is required to secure your date and booking which will then be deducted from your total balance.
3. All balances must be paid in full at least 4 weeks before your event unless otherwise agreed, if payment is not received by this time we will of course try and contact you, however in the event of us not being able to make contact or having no response within 7 days of the date we try and make contact we will assume you no longer require our services and will cancel your order.
4. Once a deposit has been paid, the price quoted will be guaranteed. If a quote is given by phone or E-mail this may be subject to change without notice.
5. Please note that cancellations 4 weeks or less prior to the event will require full payment. Cancellations outside of this time do not require any additional payment, but all deposits from the time of booking are non-refundable.
6. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a booking, then we will do so in writing or by e-mail, returning any deposits paid and a recommendation to another company.
7. A charge of £10.00 will be made for each chair cover that is not returned or which is returned but in an unsuitable condition. A charge of £2.00 will be made for each chair sash that is not returned or which is returned but in an unsuitable condition . Due to the difference in costs for different vases a charge agreed (at the time of booking) between celebration Island and you the hirer will be made for each glass centrepiece that is not returned or which is returned but in an unusable condition.
8. After the event, we will make every effort to collect the goods at the time requested by the hirer. However, although removal will be as prompt as possible, we cannot guarantee collection immediately after use from every venue. It is the hirer s responsibility to ensure that any goods hired are kept clean and dry and in a secure place until collected.
9. Celebration Island accept no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property arising from any items under hire.
10. In the event that goods are not available to us we reserve the right to supply you with similar goods.
